京都下京にて．

テナントビル（Ｓ造４階建て）新築工事，定例会議の帰りに隣地ビルの外壁工事の様子を見ました．

今回こちら側の建て替えのタイミングで隣地ビルオーナーから足場を建てて本格的な外壁工事をしたいと申し出がありました．

これに伴い，基礎工事が終わった段階でこちら側の工事を中断しています．

9月の3週目から再開です．

newly building(steel structure with four stories) for rent,took a look at construction for exterior of a buinling in neighbour after a regular meeting.

received an offer from an owner of the building that he would like to proceed proper construction for exterior with scaffolding, as we rebuild our building.

as a result, we pause the construction when we finished foundation construction.

it will be resumed on the third week in Sep.
