既存建物の基礎や地階を存置する構造計画ですが，土留めが全くなしというわけにはいきません．

まもなく南工区の基礎施工のため掘り方がはじまります．

newly building(steel structure with four stories) for rent, is now soldier piling.

the structural plan is to utilise existing foundation and basement though,it is necessary to build retaining walls.

digging ground is about to start in the south area to foundation work.
